Win a Trip to Ibiza with Eastern Electrics 2024 - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. The promoter of this competition is Elixar Events Ltd, located at 5 Technology Park, Colindeep Lane, London, England, NW9 6BX

1.2. By participating in this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.3 Elixar Events Ltd will be called ‘Eastern Electrics’ going forward

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to residents of the UK only, aged 18 years or over.

2.2. Employees of Eastern Electrics, their families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter the competition, participants must:

   - Like the competition post.

   - Share the competition post on your instagram stories, tagging @easternelectrics

   - Correctly identify, in the post comments, at least one ‘stage lineup’ of artists appearing at Eastern Electrics 2024. The full list of artists that appear on the post can be found on the lineup artwork pinned to the Eastern Electrics profile.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

4.2. The winner will be announced via @easternelectrics and will be notified through Instagram Direct Message.

4.3. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of the notification, Eastern Electrics reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Prize

5.1. The prize is a holiday package to Ibiza, which includes:

   - Round-trip flights for two from London to Ibiza.

   - Accommodation for 2 nights at a hotel of Eastern Electrics’ choosing.

   - Additional costs like airport transfers and club tickets are not included in the prize, but may be added to the trip at Eastern Electrics’ discretion should they choose to.

5.2. The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed during the month of September 2024. 

5.3. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, Eastern Electrics reserve the right to offer a cash alternative, the amount of which will be determined by Eastern Electrics, but this is not available by request.

6. General

6.1. Eastern Electrics reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition, before or after a winner has been chosen, or change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

6.2. In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the decision of Eastern Electrics is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.3. By entering this competition, participants agree that any personal information provided will be used by Eastern Electrics in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found at [Your Privacy Policy URL].

7. Liability

7.1. Eastern Electrics accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

7.2. Eastern Electrics further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
